In addition to his daily study to stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements to provide the most advanced treatments, Dr. Dolz explores a wide array of interests beyond medicine, such as technology, computing, photography, marketing, and agriculture. His curiosity and passions are boundless.

As a humanist, his defining traits include respect for others, generosity in sharing his knowledge, ethical work practices, and concern for his team, patients, suppliers, and everyone he interacts with.

Continuous innovation, diagnostic precision, and overcoming the most complex clinical challenges are his daily motivators. As Medical Director of FIV Valencia, he upholds a high standard of scientific and technical excellence among his teams. He also leads the High-Complexity Unit, providing hope and, potentially, a final opportunity for women and couples who have undergone multiple treatments and may feel they are at the end of their journey to parenthood.

Personal Philosophy and Approach

It has been a profoundly fulfilling and enriching experience to dedicate so many years to witnessing the birth of new lives, including my own children. For the past 30 years, assisted reproduction has been the focus of my professional life. I have deeply enjoyed this specialty, and every woman or couple facing fertility challenges represents a unique and inspiring challenge. I approach each case with empathy, compassion, honesty, and scientific rigor.

Helping these individuals achieve the long-awaited pregnancy that will transform their lives into a source of happiness is a truly wonderful part of my work.
