Key Legal Conditions to Know Before Starting Assisted Reproduction: 

Age Limit
Although there is no legal age limit, we recommend a maximum age of 50 for women undergoing Assisted Reproduction treatments. 
Anonymous Donation
In Spain, the donation of eggs, sperm, and embryos is legally anonymous to protect the identities of both donors and recipients. 
Embryo Transfer
Implanting a single embryo per transfer is recommended. Legally, up to three embryos can be implanted per IVF cycle to minimise the risk of multiple pregnancies. 
Embryo Donation
After an IVF cycle, embryos not transferred are frozen in our laboratories. Patients may choose to donate them for scientific research, have them destroyed, or donate them to other couples who cannot conceive using their own gametes.
